Bridal appointments are required. An appointment helps us better understand and prepare for the day’s flow and provide our bridal guests the attention you deserve. We do our best to accept walk-ins for our boutique side and special occasion dresses. We strongly recommend you call ahead or schedule an appointment for a special occasion. We cannot guarantee servicing you when servicing a bridal party.
Food and drinks are not allowed in the shop due to the delicate nature of the environment.
All sales are final. There are no refunds, exchanges or cancellations on any merchandise once a payment is made. All fees and deposits are non-refundable. All items purchased off the rack are Final Sale and As Is.
All deposits are made following our bridal gown and alterations contracts.
Sizing is based on manufacturer size charts, and unless otherwise indicated, gowns are not custom made to measurements. Sizing choice is ultimately made by the customer. Pink Poole Dress Lounge makes suggestions only but will never choose a size. The consumer is responsible for gown specifics as written in contract and Pink Poodle Dress Lounge is not responsible for change in consumers’ measurements.
All garments require some sort of alteration and alterations are not included in the price of any merchandise provided by Pink Poodle Dress Lounge.

We accept all major credit cards and cash. Personal checks are not accepted.
Pink Poodle Dress Lounge will be responsible for any un-natural flaws noted while merchandise is in the store. Pink Poodle Dress Lounge is not responsible for any damages on goods reported once the merchandise has left the premises or after the wear date.
