WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED?

We're located at the corner of Jefferson and Chalmers – Detroit's Historic Business District, North of Detroit Riverfront. Our second location on the Avenue of Fashion is coming soon!

WHERE IS PARKING NEAR YOU?

Free parking is available in the front and cross the street along with a parking lot across the street from the hardware shop.

WHEN TO START WEDDING DRESS SHOPPING?

Our made to order dresses takes 4-6 months to produce. Brides should factor in 3 additional months for alterations or 4 months for custom alterations. We suggest shopping 9-12 months prior to the wedding date. This allows time to find the perfect dress, garments, shoes and accessories as well as the appropriate time for alterations and to avoid rush fees.

SAMPLE SALE dresses are purchased OFF THE RACK 25-75% off for brides on the budget and/or little time to shop. Either call to speak to a representative or schedule an appointment for weddings less than 6 months away.

DO I NEED AN APPOITNMENT TO VISIT?

We practice appointment only to provide proper and quality service to all of our guests.

• Bridal appointments are required to provide each bride our undivided attention and the Pink Poodle experience. Please visit our appointment page to select your service. 

• You do not need to have an appointment to shop mothers, prom, and formal dresses; however, bridal appointments are priority. We recommend calling ahead or scheduling an appointment if you’re shopping for a special occasion.

WHAT ARE YOUR DRESS PRICES?

Our Founder wanted to provide affordable, quality, and fashionable dresses. Our wedding dresses are priced $1499-$4,000. Samples Sale dresses a fraction of the retail cost $300-$2499. Mothers, prom and formal $159-$1200. We do not provide individual dress pricing over the phone.

WHAT SIZES DO YOU CARRY?

In-house wedding dress sample sizes are 12-32. Our made to order dresses are 0-36 pending designer. Prom and formal collection sizes are xx-small to 7xl pending the designer.

DO WE ACCEPT OR BUY USED DRESSES?

To hold a quality of standard and follow our designer's requirements, we do not buy/sell used wedding or prom dresses.

DO WE DO OUTSIDE DRESS ALTERATIONS?

Our in-house alterations are exclusive services to guests that purchased from us. Our seamstresses are familiar with the dresses we sell, and we show our appreciation to guests that shopped with us local, so we provide them exclusive service.
