Service Description

We are excited to be part of this exciting adventure with you. Placing Custom Prom: Custom prom dresses are made to order. First payment is due to start the process of consultation. There are no exceptions to the payment plan process below due to the work and time our seamstress and Pink Poodle Dress Lounge (PPDL) invest. There will be a $150 late fee if not paid on time. All sales and pre-orders (including deposits) are FINAL SALE. There are no refunds, returns, exchanges, changes, or store credit. Payment Order Process: $250 Booking and Consultation Fee Deposit. Space is limited. To reserve your spot this fee must be paid to schedule the appointment with the seamstress and will go towards the invoice ($150 is non-refundable). We do not provide measurements until the first deposit is made to move forward with the dress design purchase. If you decide not to move forward, $100 would be returned to you from the deposit (this doesn’t not include any information nor measurements). 1. Imperative to reserve your spot as quickly as possible. 2. Scheduling with PPPDL up front for consultation and final fitting is required to ensure we’re able to accommodate prom date and schedules. 3. After consultation and final fitting are agreed upon, payment can be made via credit/debit card, Apple Pay, Zelle, Cash App or Cash. Checks are not accepted. 4. Must be accompanied by an adult and signed contract by an adult. 5. You are only allowed to bring up to two guests to the consultation and final fitting. 50% Deposit to Order Custom Dress. This Deposit is not part of the $250 that is due to get started on the dress the day of the scheduled appointment (please see example below). PPDL nor the Seamstress are responsible to prom date and student’s schedule. Custom prom dresses must be ordered 4-6 weeks prior to prom date pending PPDL’s schedule. 50% Balance Due. The balance is due at the final fitting. PPDL nor the Seamstress are responsible to prom date, pay days, and student/parent’s schedule. The final fitting is our priority to have the dress completed before the prom date pending PPDL's schedule and balance must be paid to avoid additional cost for rush or not completed on time. EXAMPLE ONLY: If Cost is $$1250 Booking Fee $250 +50% Deposit $500 + Balance $500 Dress Pick Up requires an appointment. Dress not picked up within 30 days counters storage fees/forfeited. You are responsible for full payment if prom is cancelled. PPDL may post pictures for resale.

Cancellation Policy

Requires a 48 hour notice to change or cancel appointments.
