At Pink Poodle Bridal, we take care in preparing your gown for shipment so it can begin its journey to you. Please review our shipping policy before completing your purchase.

 

Shipping & Processing

Orders will be processed and shipped within 3 business days of purchase. Business days exclude weekends and recognized holidays.

Please note that the time it takes for a package to arrive after shipment depends on the carrier and destination. Shipping within 3 business days refers to the time before your order is shipped, not the guaranteed delivery date.

 

Shipping Fee

A $60 shipping fee per wedding dress will be added to your cart at checkout.

 

Signature Required

All wedding dress shipments require a signature upon delivery. Please ensure someone is available to receive and sign for your package. The carrier may make additional delivery attempts or provide pickup instructions if no one is available to sign.

 

Shipping Delays, Loss & Damage

Pink Poodle Bridal is not responsible for carrier delays, missed delivery attempts, or shipping interruptions beyond our control.

Once an order has been shipped, the carrier is responsible for handling the package in transit. Pink Poodle Bridal does not guarantee delivery dates and is not responsible for loss or damage occurring during shipping. If you believe your package has been lost or damaged in transit, please contact us promptly so we can review the situation and help identify the appropriate next steps.

 

Customers may have rights or remedies under applicable law, and nothing in this policy is intended to limit those rights.

 

Before You Place Your Order
