Pink Poodle Bridal offers a curated selection of off-the-rack wedding gowns, sample sale dresses, and select bridal and special-occasion items. Product availability, sizes, prices, and condition vary by listing.

2. Product Information & Availability

We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate product descriptions, photographs, measurements, pricing, and condition details. Because each gown is an individual item, the dress you receive may have characteristics specific to its listed condition.

 

Colors may appear differently depending on your device and screen settings. Please review all product information carefully and contact us with questions before purchasing.

All items are subject to availability. Adding an item to your cart does not guarantee that it will remain available until your order is completed.

3. Pricing & Payment

Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Applicable taxes and shipping charges will be shown during checkout.

Wedding dress shipping is $60 per dress. Additional services, including eligible gown cleaning and insurance may be offered at an additional charge.

Orders are subject to successful payment authorization. We reserve the right to correct pricing or listing errors and to contact customers if an issue affects an order.

 

4. All Sales Are Final

All purchases are subject to our No Refund, Return & Exchange Policy. Please review that policy, the individual product description, measurements, photographs, and dress condition before placing your order.

Nothing in these terms removes any consumer rights or remedies that apply under applicable law.

5. Dress Condition, Cleaning & Alterations

​

Our gowns are offered off the rack, and some are sample sale dresses. Depending on the individual item, a gown may show signs of handling, display, or try-on.

 

Condition information and known imperfections are described in the product listing.

 

Cleaning and alterations may be recommended. Pink Poodle Bridal offers an optional cleaning service for eligible gowns, subject to the details and timeframe stated in our Dress Conditions & Care policy.

Alterations are not included unless specifically stated. We cannot guarantee that every imperfection can be corrected through cleaning or alterations.

6. Shipping & Delivery

​

Orders will be processed and shipped within three business days, subject to order verification and circumstances beyond our reasonable control. A signature is required for delivery of wedding dress shipments.

​

Carrier transit times are estimates and are not guaranteed delivery dates. Please review our Shipping Policy for shipping fees, delivery requirements, and additional information.

7. Website Use

You agree to use our website lawfully and not to interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit fraudulent orders, or misuse website content.
