At Pink Poodle Bridal, we offer a curated selection of off-the-rack wedding gowns and sample sale dresses, giving brides the opportunity to find their dress and take the next step toward their wedding day.

Because our gowns are available off the rack, each dress is an individual piece and may show signs of prior handling, display, or try-on. Sample sale gowns may have additional wear or imperfections.

Alterations & Repairs

Alterations are a normal part of preparing a wedding gown for your wedding day. Depending on the dress and its condition, certain minor imperfections or areas of wear may be addressed during alterations.

Not every mark, imperfection, or area of wear can be corrected through alterations. We recommend reviewing the individual gown description and consulting an experienced bridal alterations professional when needed.

Professional Gown Cleaning

Some gowns may benefit from professional cleaning before being worn. Where recommended, cleaning information may be included in the individual product description.

Pink Poodle Bridal offers an optional professional gown cleaning service for eligible purchased dresses. You may add the cleaning service to your cart at the time of dress purchase to have your gown cleaned before it is shipped directly to you.

Please allow up to 60 days for cleaning. If you need your gown by a specific date, please consider this timeframe before selecting the service.

Cleaning Service Pricing & Shipping Credit

The professional gown cleaning service is offered for $290. When purchased with a wedding dress, a $60 credit is applied to account for the dress delivery fee, bringing the cleaning add-on to $230.
